They say sharing is caring, so here it is my 7 course vegetarian dinner at Choose Kigali. Be sure to plan your date and find responsibly while out.

What do you think?

1st Course was Red pepper bisque with garlic croutons, goat cheese.
2nd Course White bean hummus with roasted carrots. Garlic crisps.
3rd Course: Beefsteak tomato and Lola Rosa salad, balsamic vinaigrette. This made me love and long raw food even more.
4th Course: Tree tomato provencal over saffron orzo with leek beurre blanc. Who knew tree tomato would replace a protein and be super delicious. Chef Billy is a food genius.

5th course: Aperol sorbet intermezzo. This was such beautiful flavor.

6th Course: Grilled vegetables, potato dauphinois. These vegetables were super elegant and made me wonder why complicate food.
7th course: Lemon tart, gooseberries, strawberry purée. My sweet tooth was singing at this point.
